I was having a persistent leak from my Thermozone unit...had another tech come to inspect...but was still losing and inch of water per day.  Alex stuck with this problem for over 3 hours and has fixed it.  His knowledge of the inner workings of the spa and his persistence to solve the problem were very impressive and should be commended.  In addition, he gave me a number of great tips to keep the spa in tip top shape on a regular basis.   Thanks Alex...I hope you get home at a decent hour tonight.
