I converted to the Thermozone in September of 2006. There were some frustrating times when the water turned green but JoAnn Maloney was very conscientious and prompt in communicating both by phone and email. The problem finally disappeared when I got the Total Alkalinity up to proper levels. The rating below is for JoAnn's performance only because the experience itself was very frustrating.
