I would like to bring to your attention the excellent job being done by Mr. Andrew Brodesser, from your service department. In 1983 I purchased a spa from your company. I have been very pleased with the product, and have enjoyed hours of relaxation over the years. I have had no problems what so ever with the spa until this year. I experienced trouble with the thermostat, which caused the water temperature to change frequently.

I attempted unsuccessfully to obtain a new thermostat from numerous pool and spa stores in my area. I was getting to the point where the spa was really starting to drive me crazy. I couldn’t believe that no one stocked the part that I needed. Finally someone gave me the telephone number to your company.
I called your company and spoke with Andy Brodesser, who was very helpful and polite over the telephone. This was even though I was explaining my problem, like I had just arrived in this country the day before. Mr. Brodesser’s attitude made me feel he was truly concerned at my situation. Mr. Brodesser found the part that I needed and shipped the part to me the next day. My spa is once again giving me pleasure instead of a headache.
I bring this to your attention because the spa had already been bought and paid for. Mr. Brodesser could have just as easily had the attitude, “we already got your money, why worry about the customer eight years later.” Luckily for me he didn’t, and because of his attitude I will recommend your company to everyone I know that is interested in purchasing a spa. I will also look to your company if I ever elect to purchase another spa. Mr. Brodesser is a credit to your company, and I hope you convey my gratitude to him.
