Performance and noise level are okay but there have been too many maintenance problems.  Unit did ot work when first installed in spite of the checkoff list having passed.  Latest models may have corrected constant problem with leaks and surface delamination but I'm leary.  Over the years the service response has gotten much worse.  Expect to be on hold for at least 45 minutes when you call.  Appears to be company policy of ignoring problems unless you constantly push.  Appears this company grew too fast and service department did not keep up.
