Back in 1994, my husband John and I opened our American restaurant serving breakfast and lunch with homemade breads, scones, pies, and more. John would arrive each day at 4:30 am to prepare, bake, and cook for the day. I got to sleep in and arrived at 7am. In later years we also served dinner, doing all the work ourselves with the help of a small staff. Our restaurant was getting busier though our bodies were wearing out. Bad knees and shoulder pain were a constant part of our days. Then we saw your commercial on TV. We both thought a spa was exactly what we needed to continue our hectic and taxing physical and mental lifestyle. We compared your spa to others and found only ThermoSpa had numerous jets and quality workmanship and good style.
In October 1997, our Concord Elite ThermoSpa arrived and our lives have never been the same. Long hours were never a problem for us as we knew what was waiting when we arrived home, our spa. Walking down our snow covered deck steps barefoot was not a concern, because we knew how great we would soon feel. I would fantasize I was on a Caribbean Island and we both actually felt guilty that our friends and family didn’t have a ThermoSpa.
Did we really deserve to feel this great? YES! Well due to circumstances our restaurant did not survive but our ThermoSpa did. We know without our spa working the long hours we did would not have been possible. Now that we have more time, we intend to entertain more and have our friends enjoy our spa also. We can imagine life without a restaurant but; we can’t imagine life without a ThermoSpa.
