We purchased our Manhattan Deluxe Blue ThermoSpa on April 6, 1992 to address my wife’s serious medical problem. She has Scoliosis (lateral curvature of the spine) and back disk disintegration. These are chronic problems which in time have gotten worse. My wife suffers with frequent and severe back pain that periodically immobilizes her.

There is no cure for my wife’s condition, only temporary relief. Surgery would not solve her problem nor would taking pain medication for the rest of her life be a practical option. She opted instead for a program of daily exercise to strengthen the back and chiropractic treatments. Her chiropractor recommended heat treatments and a spa was the ideal solution.

My wife follows a weekly routine of daily back exercises and regular use of the spa. Her condition has stabilized since initiating this program. I join my wife in the spa to relieve my own tension and stress which on occasion has triggered lower back problems of my own. My two teenage daughters use the spa to entertain their friends. The record number of teenagers in the spa at one time was fifteen!

The spa has become an integral part of our weekly activities. It sits conveniently outside our kitchen sliding doors on a patio. The setting is quite idyllic. We live in a part of Fairfield County with lots of woods. Our home is situated in a very attractive country setting with lots of woods and professional landscaping. We prefer using our spa at night when we can watch the stars and relax after a busy day. We use the spa year round and enjoy the winter months with the invigorating cold.

We like to be considered for an infomercial/testimonial because our spa has become a very important part of our way of living. The spa and ThermoSpa have preformed more than satisfactorily. We are knowledgeable about pools because of our real estate management business and the numerous pools under our care.
