One story, no way. I get migraines, it relieves migraines. I have arthritis, it relieves arthritis. My husband gets tension headaches, it relieves tension headaches. My father in law gets back aches, it relieves back aches. My 14 year old has insomnia, it puts him to sleep. I have asthma, the spa brings breathing relief. Awesome!
On New Years Eve of 2000, myself, son, and husband “spa’s” it with a foghorn, non-alcoholic champagne, fireworks from a local field, a radio, and the stars - it was an awesome night together.
We’ve had surprise spa parties for family members, put up decorations, radio, wine in the spa’s ice bucket – they said it was one of the nicest surprises they ever got. We left them alone for a few hours. People love pampering and that’s what you get with a ThermoSpa.
My 14 year old son and husband get in the spa late at night. I call it bonding time. They sit under the tiki torches for an hour and a half talking and laughing. “What’s better than that?”
My 21 year old always seems to have the right opening line now to meet girls: “Wanna go in my spa?”
About two weeks ago, my neighbor’s teenage girls decided to take a dip in their freshly filled pool. About a half hour later I had knocked on my door, asking if they could get in the spa. They warmed up for about an hour. They are the best neighbors so we really like to bless them every chance we have.
I was very skeptical about having a hot tub. My husband and 14 year old gave me the Penthouse, 6 jet Economy for my 40th birthday. I found its virtually maintenance free, easy to empty, the shell is simple to clean, the filter – no problem easy. Our water and electric bills – you can’t even notice the change, its so mild. And in 3 years, the only thing we’ve replaced is the light bulb in the footwell! Wow – that’s something to get excited over.
Sometimes when no one is around mid-afternoon, I go out and sit in the spa and just enjoy nature all around me. Its my mini tropical vacation. I feel like I’m soaking in a huge glass of champagne. Love those bubbles! In the summer, we turn it all the way down, leave the lid off a few hours (sometimes the whole day), let the water cool down on a hot summer day – instant therapy in cool water, its like a pool spa.
