I would like to comment on the wonderful service I received from your representative in the Customer Care Department named Janet Demarsils.  Over the past year I have experience several instances where I place a call and it takes days to get a return call.  Once I contacted Janet and she understood my problem and urgency she was right on top of the problem.  I learned afterwards that she was covering for someone who was out and had twice the workload.  Please accept my true appreciation
