Just wanted to drop a line to you to advise of the excellent service provided by Janet DeMarsils.  We've been working through some water issues with our spa for the last 4 months or so, and Janet has been extremely helpful, pleasant and wonderful to have helping us.  She has provided assistance and guidance every step of the way and goes the extra mile to troubleshoot any problems and ensure customer satisfaction. 

We truly enjoy working with her, and while we hope to have the situation resolved soon, are very grateful for all her assistance.
