First, I would like to give you a little background and history about us. We are Ken & Gale Dempsey, Elkton, Maryland, We owned our first hot tub in 1990. We had many pleasant and happy times in that old tub. But, it was wearing out like an old car.

Gale was diagnosed with breast cancer during the summer of 1998, and had a mastectomy. She recovered just great and had a truly fantastic prognosis. But, the medication was taking a toll on her body, especially muscle aches in her legs. Nothing seemed to help relieve the pain.

During the summer of 2000, while watching t.v. Gale saw a commercial for ThermoSpas. She called the number and ordered the video. When I got home from a business trip, she told me about ThermoSpa. I wasn’t at all interested. The old tub was just fine. (ha, ha) really just didn’t want to spend the money.

Anyway, we received the video in the mail and maybe a week later she coaxed me into watching it. After the viewing, Gale though we should call the 800 number and set up an appointment.  Well, I wanted nothing to do with that. But, she finally talked me into calling. Although, my comments were “well listen but I am not going to buy anything”.

A short time later, an appointment was set up for September 9^th, and the rest is history. Jim Kroll came to visit and after going over the unbelievable ThermoSpa story, I was even convinced. We ordered a “concord elite”. It was a model that was already built and in a show. ThermoSpa has it shipped back to the factory for a complete and detailed going over. The spa was delivered at the end of October.

Well, I have to tell you, if you every thought you knew how a hot tub should operate, you don’t, until you have experienced a ThermoSpa tub. From the first moment Gale got in the tub, I knew we had found the secret for making her aches and pains go away. We use the tub practically on a daily basis. Our friends love it too.
