Hi, I wanted to share what a pleasure it is to speak with Janet DeMarsilis.  Her customer service is stress free, full of knowledge, and super friendly.  She continues to answer my questions about maintaining our hot tub, even if I do ask the same ones each time I place a new order.  I have her extension, because I enjoy ordering from her, she makes it so personal and easy. Janet even said "You can call me directly anytime and I can return your call". Writing this review at this moment reminds me I need to order some spa-activator.  Thanks ThermoSpas for great Customer Care Representatives.
