Just thought I would follow-up and say how very pleased my wife and I were with your service support. Within 2 days of our call, a technician [M. Monopoli] came to our house and corrected the problem. He was terrific, professional and curtious. Explained / answered all my questions. Plus, added a few tips on Hot Tub maintenance.
Additionally, my experience when ordering supplies was pleasant and courtesy. The sales rep. [Lillian] help me through some questions and had good
recommendations.
