I just wanted to thank Milton for answering my cry of help regarding my 'screeching' pump problem.  He promptly told me what the problem was and better yet...because I was still under warranty the part was greatly discounted.  He assured me that I could fix the problem myself as it was almost self contained.   If I had a problem with the install he gladly gave me his extension number so I can call me to walk me through the install. Thanks Thermo Spas for hiring people who care!
